I’m a 21-year-old college student, majoring in technical communications with a minor in nutrition. Writing, reading, blogging, music, and healthy FOOD are my passions.
Yummy, healthy food has always been a passion of mine. And one thing I’ve noticed is that college food generally SUCKS. But not mine 🙂 My healthy journey has been a long, rough one. But I’ve finally found my niche: a healthy, cheap, easy, quick, yummy vegan diet. I officially became vegan on Jan. 1st of 2011.
